Common questions

Do I need an account?

No — you can grow your first tree as a guest. Sign up (just an email) to keep your trees, lift the guest limits, and access them from any device.

Why did AI generation stop working?

You've most likely hit the daily AI quota (guests have a smaller one). Quotas reset daily; signing up raises them. If it persists, email us.

Who can see my trees?

Only you, unless you press Share — that creates a public link anyone can view and remix. You can un-share at any time and the public page disappears.

How do I delete my account?

From the app, or email support@magictrees.ai from your account address. Deletion removes your account, trees, growth history, and share pages.

Is the content AI-generated?

Partly — that's the point! Nodes created by AI are marked as such. Treat them as sparks for your own thinking, and double-check anything important.
