These terms govern your use of MagicTrees.ai. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

MagicTrees.ai lets you grow, edit, and share trees of ideas with the help of AI. You can use it as a guest with limited quotas, or create an account to save your work. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Your content

You own the trees you create. By creating a public share link you grant us the right to display that tree (and a preview image of it) to anyone with the link, and to let others remix it into their own copy. Un-sharing revokes public access; copies already remixed by others remain theirs.

AI-generated content

Trees can contain AI-generated content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect biases in its training data. It is provided as a starting point for your thinking, not as professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You are responsible for how you use it.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service to create or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
  • Don't scrape, resell, or abuse the AI features or the API.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Fair usage & quotas

AI generation is metered. Guest and free accounts have daily limits on AI calls and tokens. We may adjust limits to keep the service healthy and affordable.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your trees, history, and share pages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
