Common questions

What counts as usage?: AI work — growing branches, chatting with a tree, watering it. A heavy request uses more of your allowance than a light one, and you can see where you stand at any time in the sidebar.
What happens if I use my whole allowance?: Growing pauses until you add more or the next period starts. Adding more takes one click and is priced in dollars. Nothing you've made is affected.
How do I add credits?: On a plan, from Billing whenever you like. Any amount from $10 to $500, at 20 credits per dollar. It's a one-time purchase, not a bigger plan: credits never expire and aren't refunded if you cancel.
What's in the free plan?: 50 one-time starter credits to try the AI, unlimited trees you build and edit yourself, and every public and example tree to browse and remix. Starter credits don't renew; when they're gone, AI needs a plan and everything else keeps working.
What if I cancel?: You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your trees stay yours to edit and share; AI pauses until you're on a plan again, and any credits you didn't use are kept for then.
When is Team coming?: Shared workspaces, pooled usage and one bill for everyone. We're building it now — tell us you're interested and we'll let you know first.
